Covid Update

I just wanted to reassure you that we have excellent Covid measures in place, should you be worried. We have been specialists in long distance consultation since 2008 and the last year has just made us stronger and better. We were expecting this lockdown as a team and we have measures in place already. We also have long term measures in place.

i want to reassure you that we feel it is safe for us to continue to see you and your family in a face to face capacity and we would like to take this opportunity to tell you why. If, though, you do not feel it is safe for us to continue to see you that is absolutely okay. We can move to remote support and we can alter things to make the remote support more successful.

At the moment it is only me seeing you in a face to face capacity, however let me tell you about my team should you ever meet them in a face to face capacity. In my team, all have partners who work from home and isolate. Each of us has a ‘cluster’ of families that we see in a face to face capacity. This cluster is created according to vulnerability and location. With our therapists, for example Aditi, Maxine, Emma, Esther, they will typically only ever be in a cluster of 3 families. With our consultants, so for example Belen and I, we work in the following way:

- we completely isolate in between seeing our ‘clusters’

- we see you and the other families in your cluster over a 3-5 day period (we work very intensively during these times) and then we isolate for 10 days. The order in which you are seen in that cluster will depend on your vulnerability, not your location. We work remotely in between Consultations.

Please contact me if you have any concerns at all.

Keep safe, love Louise - Founder of NETwork Interventions.
